This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Shipping Coverage

RahaPillow delivers to all Emirates:

• Dubai

• Abu Dhabi

• Sharjah

• Ajman

• Ras Al Khaimah

• Fujairah

• Umm Al Quwain

We do not ship outside the UAE at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Dubai

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM

• Next-day delivery for orders placed after 3:00 PM

Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates

• 1–2 business days depending on location

Please note that delivery may be delayed during public holidays or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard UAE delivery: FREE

• Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE

We do not charge additional handling fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE.
Customers must provide:

• Accurate address

• Active phone number

• Availability to receive the package

If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, future COD orders may require prepayment.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within a few hours of being placed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via:

• WhatsApp

• Email (if provided)

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address

• Wrong phone number

• Customer not available

The courier will attempt delivery again.
Repeated failures may result in cancellation of the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos or video.
We will arrange:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund
