Refund policy

RahaPillow – Return & Refund Policy (BAE)

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with all accessories and original packaging

  • A manufacturing defect is present

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • The product has stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • The original packaging is missing


2. Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund processing time: 1–2 business days.

If the customer refuses the order at the door without proper reason, the order may be marked as Cancelled – COD Return, and reordering may require prepaid payment.


3. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • A size or model replacement is needed (subject to availability)

Exchanges are processed free of charge for defective or incorrect items.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Pillows that have been used

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items exposed to odors, dirt, or physical damage


5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → RahaPillow covers all return shipping fees.

  • If the customer simply changes their mind → The customer pays the return shipping cost (usually AED 15–25 depending on location).


6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, contact our support team:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/Video proof (if applicable)

Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing an order.
COD orders that are already dispatched cannot be canceled.

If the customer refuses a dispatched COD order, future COD orders may be restricted.


8. Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/WhatsApp

  • Refund processing details

Refunds may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

نقبل الإرجاع خلال 30 أيام من الاستلام إذا كان المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.
الإرجاع غير مقبول إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا أو متسخًا أو بدون التغليف الأصلي.

بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد عبر التحويل البنكي خلال 3–7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
